I stay tool-light in conversation because you’re buying an outcome, not a software licence. But when it matters, here’s what’s under the hood:
- Programming & analysis — Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) and SQL for anything the spreadsheet can’t handle.
- CRM & marketing platforms — deep, hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot experience: audits, clean-ups, migrations and integrations, plus Google Analytics and the wider marketing stack.
- Visualisation & BI — Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel, and custom interactive dashboards (Dash) where an off-the-shelf tool won’t do.
- Statistical analysis — regression and forecast modelling, hypothesis testing, customer segmentation and cohort analysis.
- Marketing analytics — attribution modelling, funnel analysis and campaign performance measurement.
Certified through DataCamp’s Data Scientist track, but the qualification that matters most is 15+ years of doing this against real deadlines with real money on the line.
